Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. OBSERVED COLD WATER HANDLES ON FAUCET IN CHILDRENS/GIRLS WASH ROOM 1ST SINK LOW PRESSURE/3RD SINK NO COLD WATER. MUST MAKE REPAIRS.

OBSERVED EXCESSIVE CLUTTER INSIDE UNUSED STORAGE ROOM ADJUCENT CLASSROOM,POTENTIAL PEST HARBORAGE AREA.CANNOT SEE WALLS,MUST REMOVE ANY ARTICLES NOT USING,AND ORGANIZE STORAGE REMAINING OFF FLOORS.
